Optimal oxygen enhancement for the full development of the bouquet. A wine poured with Mono Aero has 42% oxygen saturation, but only 15% when poured directly from the bottle.
Too much oxygen can damage a wine, therefore after pouring, we recommend corking the bottle with the mono air tight bottle stopper.
