Delivery within Australia and New Zealand
Within Australia and New Zealand, Mondopiero delivers via Australia Post or courier depending on size and weight of goods.
Mondopiero offers a pick up option if you would like to come and collect your item. Simply enter the code PICKUP after you have hit the check out button in the DISCOUNTS box. This will remove the shipping costs. Pick up is only available at 28 Brunswick Street Fitzroy Vic 3065.
International Delivery
International orders are delivered by Australia Post. To keep shipping costs down, Insurance is not automatically included. If you would like your order insured or sent by courier, please contact Mondopiero before you place your order. Otherwise Mondopiero cannot be held responsible for items that go missing through no fault of our own.
International orders are not charged Australian Tax - GST, but your order may incur customs or tax costs upon arrival. Mondopiero is not responsible for these fees.
All orders will be sent with correct invoices and documents. We recommend contacting your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations before placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, Mondopiero reserves the right to recharge the applicable shipping cost.
