Iconic, intelligent, imaginative… Brilliant!
Gathering up the triangular bits and pieces of scrap left over in the manufacture of stainless steel pots, in 1967 the environmentally-minded Tuscan company IPAC designed and patented something useful – the stainless steel clothespin.
From this flash of forward thinking – imediately recognised as a design masterpiece by MOMA, New York – the Clippe name was soon blossomed forth into a range of coordinated objects, all of them equally quirky, amusing, practical and multi-purpose clips. Today, Clippe is recognised as a true icon of Italian Design.
